What Streta does for a client, who owns what, and what it costs. Short, because the work is short.
The service
You tell us what you need to know about the businesses on a list. We put two or three plain questions to each business and file what it says, in its own words, with our own reading kept in separate columns that say they're ours. That is the whole job: we confirm and complete your record of a business, on demand, with the facts you want. We sell nothing to the businesses we ask, and we don't name you on the calls.
Your list is yours
The list you send us belongs to you. We use it to do your job and for nothing else. We don't sell it or share it. What we learn about each business goes into your file and to no other client.
Who answers for the list
We work on your list for you, and we don't source leads or keep a database of businesses to sell. A request about a record in your list, to see it, correct it or delete it, is for you and for the provider the list came from. What we owe is our own: a request to stop, in any wording, is honored at once by us, and we pass it to you on the row so your outreach can honor it too.
What we add
For every row, your file carries what the business said and what we observed: whether a person answered, whether they answered the question, and the quote. Our readings, such as how helpful a front desk was, sit in their own columns, labeled as inferred. You can weight the two differently.
What comes back
Every business we complete comes back as one of three results: it matches your objective, it doesn't, or we got no definitive answer. A business that asked us to stop comes back as exactly that. A business we didn't call, such as a mobile number, comes back saying so, and it's yours to call. A call that failed on our side is retried until it becomes a result. If the job ends first, we don't deliver that row or charge for it.
You decide who to engage
We report. We don't tell you whom to contact or whom to skip, and we don't skip anyone on a hunch. What you do with the file is your call.
What it costs
$1,500 once, to set up your mission. After that, $2,530 a month for 100 matches a day. The rate is the same at any pace. A match is a business that gave a definitive answer to your objective, the answer you were looking for. A definitive answer that doesn't match your objective, and a business with no definitive answer, come back with the matches at no charge and don't count toward what you pay for.
Calls and texts
We call a business's published line and don't call mobile numbers. We keep a written record of each call and a recording where the business's state allows one. We send a text only in reply to one a person sent to our numbers, at most 3 messages from us in a thread. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts and HELP for help; contact details are below. A request to stop, in any wording, is honored at once and is covered by the do-not-call policy.
What we ask of you
Send us businesses and their published lines, not people at home. Tell us if you learn that a business wants no more contact, and we'll close the number.
Your data and ours
The privacy policy says what we collect and what we never do. It's part of these terms.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
